A listing there only means the group is sound in basic doctrine, is "Messiah Centered" and has a positive regard for believers of various traditions.

Be aware that leaders can change and that individuals & congregations may shift in doctrine.
When searching for a Messianic Congregation in an area not on that list, remember that the term "Messianic" as it is used today primarily refers to a Congregation with an awareness of the Jewish context of the New Testament, an appreciation of God's eternal relationship with the Jewish people as a nation, and some amount of Jewish cultural practice.   It does not guarantee sound Biblical teaching.

Groups which describe themselves as Messianic vary greatly in doctrine. Some are healthy, praise God, others major on the minors instead of focusing on Messiah and His Grace, and some violate basic New Covenant Messianic teaching and are dysfunctional. The scriptural pattern is that every believer is expected to be associated with a sound, healthy Bible teaching local congregation and under the authority of it's elders. That means that if there is no sound Messianic Congregation nearby, you are not released from the expectation of being connected to a local body of believers. There are many Bible-believing churches that have an appreciation for the Jewish roots of our faith. Join it. I served as a Messianic Rabbi of a local congregation for 17 years, and that is what I told people who emailed me during that time. That is what I tell you. That is the priority, all else is secondary. May God guide you.
